I keep mulling around the idea of a FRT, but never ‘pull the trigger’ on one (see what I did there?!).

everyone does realize that if America doesn’t win the midterm elections that all these wins go away in 2 years and the NFA-2 or the gun control act of 2028 will be a million times worse then what it was as the DSA does not tolerate politicians like Thune. They will all unify against us, they will immediately on day 1 remove the filibuster appoint 13 justices to the court and overturn every advancement we have made. get used to a Chief Justice Boasberg. and with the glacial pace that the courts are moving on gun cases we should not expect any relief soon. I have joked about 2042 Calanders in the past but that grows more likely each passing day.
