Would prefer a larger size on the logo/patch, but otherwise looks good to me.
It’s as big as it would allow. Adding the text below shrunk the logo a little.

I would leave the URL on the back of the hat only. Just have the logo on the front.

The logo contains the URL so you must have voted for url in both places 
The problem is when the proof came back the text in the logo got a bit busy.
Pulling the URL out of the target circle cleans it up alot.
I’ll give to tomorrow. If no one objects by then, I’ll approve this artwork for the order.
