I have reviewed the FNX45T manual and cocked and locked is not an option. If you activate the thumb safety, it decocks the pistol automatically. There is no way to have the hammer back and safety applied.
Similarly, a Beretta 92FS (I know it isn’t on your list), which I do have hands-on experience with, does the same thing. If you apply the safety, it rotates the rear section of the firing pin out of alignment with the forward section and drops the hammer. If you leave the safety activated, the trigger is dead and the hammer cannot hit the firing pin to fire a round. The only way to return the gun to firing mode is to deactivate the safety which leaves the gun in DA mode.
If you’re OK with DA first pull with no safety, the CZ decocker guns would fit your requirements.
I know you also mentioned you don’t want a Beretta 92 variant as it’s safety/decocker, but the 92X performance is DA/SA and has a Frame mounted Safety. Safety only - it does not decock. You will have to manually decock it CZ style if you want to shoot DA.
