Wondering, do you have to bring your own target stand for the rifle range?
yup, it is a bare bones range. I like using the coroplast signs on road sides put up by guerrilla advertisers. yanno, the guys who buy junk cars/buy houses for cash/teach boating skills/political campaign signs/power wash. They work great and you are doing a public service by removing that trash from the roadside.

Went out there today to zero my 6.5cm. It’s a decent rifle range for one hundred yards and closer. Shame that people that use it just leave all their broken targets, soda cans, concrete blocks and other crap all over the place. I was talking to a guy shooting there and they do have a F&W officer that patrols the area of fifty square miles.

If I didn’t live an hour away, I’d be there a few times a month. For the price of a hunting license, it’s the best deal in NJ.

I am totally making a ramp like this. Not this shoot, maybe next. Who knows, I may lose interest by then. But, right now, I really wanna make one.

I’m bringing the Garand, a 22 bolt action, and an AR (camo rifle) to test some new handloads.
If you have any milsurp rifles, we’d love to see (really shoot) them. Fullstop is bringing an SKS. If anyone has a 1903 A3, I’d love to shoot that. They made me march with one of those for four years in high school. I know that rifle inside and out and have never shot one.
Brought the Garand last time, 22 mag semi auto and maybe my AK.
It was a bit chilly/windy today but still had fun regardless, good times! Pleasure seeing the usual folks and a couple new people too

We’ve had worse weather at shoots. A bad day at the range is better than a day of yard work.
