me: “so, you want me to use ammo meant for war instead of ammo designed specifically for self defense?”.

me: Lemme see if I got this straight, you want to restrict me to using military style ammo because the hollow points you demand police use is too inhumane?”

Thanks to Speer we now have the G2, which seems to perform just as good or better than “hollow Points”. I am carrying these now and hope I never have to use them.
Yesterday, the State of New Jersey filed its Brief In Opposition to CNJFO, Bergmann-Schoch’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction in our “hollow point” case in federal court. The State argues that:
Hollow points “are not protected by the Second Amendment.”
“Plaintiffs have not established that HPBs are “arms” entitled to Second Amendment protection.”
“While bullets “as a general class” may be “necessary” to operate a firearm, HPBs are not.”
"After all, HPBs are bullets that simply impart enhanced lethality—what Plaintiffs euphemistically refer to as “stopping power.”
The brief is 51 pages.
We will be preparing our reply to the brief which is due in court on October 20, 2026.
