The Police are allowed to keep using the Sig P320 even though Platkin filed a law suit against Sig saying they are dangerous. Joined-up thinking is not strong in the AG’s office. ---

Thanks to Speer we now have the G2, which seems to perform just as good or better than “hollow Points”. I am carrying these now and hope I never have to use them. ---

The State argues that: > > - Hollow points “are not protected by the Second Amendment.” > > - “Plaintiffs have not established that HPBs are “arms” entitled to Second Amendment protection.” > > - “While bullets “as a general class” may be “necessary” to operate a firearm, HPBs are not.” > > - "After all, HPBs are bullets that simply impart enhanced lethality—what Plaintiffs euphemistically refer to as “stopping power.” > > The brief is 51 pages. > > We will be preparing our reply to the brief which is due in court on October 20, 2026. ---
