Yeah the MVC you need to be careful with because sometimes they have cops stationed there. Last time I went to the Rahway one they had police there standing guard.
koons v platkin should be any day now according to the ANJRPC case tracker. this is the next big one. then lets get a lawsuit on duty to inform, FID cards,purchase permits. strike while we still can. the enemy is burning the midnight oil in the lubyanka crafting new work arounds as we wait.

The 3rd Circuit just granted the stay.
Now is this statute unconstitutional or not? The 3rd Circuit says that is it, but it is OK to continue enforcing the unconstitutional law anyway!
