3 judge panel. Biden appointee, Obama appointee, and a George H.W. Bush appointee… Deck was stacked. Bush appointee went with the ruling but stated the law was an “end run” around federal law… Again NY is leading the liberal way. ---

So I can sue a carmaker for negligent driver causing an accident… good to know. Why is common sense so hard for some people… ---

My above post was somewhat in jest, but in reality, it’s not. The blind hatred these liberals have for firearms, passing stupid laws like that…they seem to be blind to the fact that the ‘law of unintended consequences’ always applies. This opens the door for a bunch of shit they hadn’t thought of. ---
