DC Appeals court rules 10 round mag ban unconstitutional

Fingers crossed that the decision from the 3rd Circus goes the same way.

How will this affect shotgun magazines…

Per Nappen you can have belted ammo of any number of connected rounds right now AS LONG AS it is not inside any kind of box or container

Right, wondering if a change on magazine restrictions would change this as well?

DC is trying to get an En Banc re-hearing:

LO-effen-L:

Guess we wait until 03/18/26 or later to find out if En Banc re-hearing can happen:

DC is just, “kicking the can down the road”

They’ll keep in in limbo as long as they can.

The process is the punishment.

So what does that mean for us non lawyers

I appreciate four boxes videos, but man, does this guy like the sound of his own voice or what. That entire video could have been done in 3 minutes. Just get to the f’ing point man.

If you think he’s bad, there’s much much worse. Armed Scholar, etc. So many I can’t tolerate. 4 Boxes is fine - just skip past the ads/self-back-pat parts.

He’s covering all of the bases in case you haven’t been following.

ANJRPC Lawyer filed this with our case - citing DC ruling.

“Massive Victory”… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I mean, it was good news, but an En Banc could still conceivably happen.
