WeaponsofWAR

Sherill is a moron. A brown bess muzzle loader s a weapon of war. No army has ever adopted the semi-auto AR-15 pattern rifle as a battle rifle.

Wht Trenton considers not a weapon of war is in fact a weapon of war, and what they consider to be a weapon of war is not. But… don’t let facts get in the way of puttng that boot on the necks of US citizens.

I should’ve asked to see it I was wondering what it specifically said. There was also an officer of the local PD there too. He was in there with me getting something, I’m sure if there was problem he would’ve said something too right?

It’s on instagram. As to whether that’s “real”, you be the judge:

NJ Gun shop “lore” can be the most unreliable bullshit ever. I dunno how yours is.

He is pretty trustworthy from what it seems he is one of those guys who run an FFL out the back of their house he held my VZ58 for about a month in anticipation of the laws changing. And the officer did hear and see me leave with the magazine in my hand and if he didn’t say anything I’m taking that as a sign lol.

I just ordered 11 30rd AR mags from Optics Planet. We’ll see if they actually ship them.

I just tried midwayusa, and they are still blocking checkout

I cancelled my order cause I didn’t look at the reviews first lmao

The Assault weapons ban and large capacity magazine laws are officially DEAD AND GONE!:folded_hands: :grinning: :bottle_with_popping_cork:

So can we buy 30 rounds mag for ar15 ??

Not quite yet! Give it a few weeks until ANJRPC says go.

The 3rd Circuit will NOT grant a stay! They have ruled and the only recourse for NJ is to appeal the ruling to the next highest court, SCOTUS! SCOTUS will not help NJ in any way! The 3rd Circuit ruled properly. NJ is fucked and they know it!

It was remanded back to Judge Bumb with orders for her to make the changes ordered by the 3rd Circuit and sign it into law! No more appeals or stays for the PRNJ. We will have to wait until the middle or end of August for the dust to settle and then we join America!:grinning: :tada:

Honestly, I don’t know why I’m so happy about ruling anyway. Once NJ requires us to register our “assault weapons” I’m just going to lose them in another boating accident. MAAAAAYBE if registration is free (it won’t be) and doesn’t have a “training” requirement (it will).

Do not ever, repeat, ever register your guns. That is the precursor to confiscation. They can’t take what they can’t find. Do not give them a list.

I was still living in England in 1997 and the government only confiscated the legally registered and owned guns. They did nothing to remove guns from people who did not follow the law - it would have been too dificult.

For example:

ok so to be clear, we can start buying regular magazines now?

Yeah, I got an email from the NJSP FIU today (probably about the same time as this ruling was being released), but it had nothing to do with this ruling. The email talked about coming improvements to NICS and dealer related applications in FARS. They also mentioned that NICS fees are increasing to $20.

If there is a NJSP FIU letter about this ruling I want to see it ASAP!
