What format and size?
Discourse isnāt oriented towards giant video sharing tasks so they recommend uploading videos to Vimeo or YouTube and then link in your post on Discourse.
We have not yet allowed mp4 files.
Let me think about it as I would need to make some other changes to allow this. Do you happen to know how large the file is in MB?
Discourse cautions against allowing direct uploading of videos as this increases all around resource demand on the server. So we may need to wait for the site to grow and upgrade the server resources to allow for this.

I just created a YouTube channel for New Jersey Gun Forums. If you want to email your video to admin@njgunforums.net Iāll figure out how to upload it and then you can post the link. Provide your username and a title for your video.
This didnāt take me too long however due to size restrictions you probably canāt email a video. If you save it to Dropbox or something and send a download link I can process it that way.

There is a 1st Amendment Lounge but you will only find it once you are added to the group. If you remember the password send it to an admin and they will add you to the group. Otherwise, just ask nicely
